Happy National Staffing Employee Week! This annual occasion is an opportunity for employers to show you, our staffing associates, just how much we appreciate you. We know you work hard, you give the job your all, and you bring so much value to our client companies\u2014and you deserve to be recognized for that! This week and throughout the year, Integrity Staffing Solutions believes that no matter the type of employee you are\u2014whether you\u2019re new to the company, a long-time contributor, or a temporary associate\u2014you\u2019re making a difference.<\/p>

What National Staffing Employee Week Is All About<\/strong><\/h3>

National Staffing Employee Week, held this year from Sept. 9-15, was created by the American Staffing Association<\/a>. The ASA says the event is designed for employers to show their \u201cgreatest asset\u201d\u2014their temporary and contract workers\u2014how much they appreciate them. For some temporary associates, recognition for their hard work could be hard to come by, as many organizations have designed performance management and employee recognition programs tailored to full-time, permanent workers. National Staffing Employee Week<\/a>, however, embraces the reality that millions of non-traditional workers are driving success every day at American organizations, and everyone should be celebrating staffing associates!<\/p>
