As hiring went contactless, virtual recruiting strategies gained traction to produce immersive candidate experiences and innovative hiring practices.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">There are stark contrasts between virtual and traditional hiring practices, including the level of support and guidance candidates expect from in-person recruiting.
