\n<\/strong>When a local college delivery service quickly expanded to the national stage, Integrity was tapped to hire 500 new team members across 150 markets within a short, four-week period. The client had a unique culture\u2014team members needed to be able to both work in a fast-paced fulfillment center work environment, but needed strong customer service skills to help solve customer challenges in real-time. In addition, our client did not have brick-and-mortar offices in these new locations, which created a logistical challenge.<\/p>\n
